About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Child Care Provider to join our team at NITISH BAGHLA. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and education to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Education: Develop and implement engaging and educational activities to promote the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe environment for children, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to children.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the health and safety of children by maintaining accurate records of daily activities and health information.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with parents and other caregivers to ensure a smooth and seamless childcare experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home.
  • Transportation: Own transportation or public transportation available.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Emergency child care first aid and CPR, CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and organized.
