About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Free Bird Health Club Inc. as a key member of our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials

Design and create effective promotional materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our business services and attract new customers.

Hire, Train, Direct and Motivate Staff

Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the success of the business.

Market Business Services

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign execution.

Direct and Evaluate Establishments and Departments

Oversee the development and implementation of communication strategies and information programs across various departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Assist in the Preparation of Communications Material

Support the creation of communications materials, such as press releases, social media content, and internal communications, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Gather, Research and Prepare Communications Material

Conduct research and gather information to develop compelling communications materials, including market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
