About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Dhesi Investment and Leasing. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies that align with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Project Planning: Plan and execute development projects that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff with the necessary skills and expertise to support our business development goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting and Research: Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on business development topics.
  • Marketing Analysis: Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Proposal Evaluation: Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals to ensure alignment with our company's goals.
  • Research Design: Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business development decisions.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Presentation and Communication: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia to promote our company's business development initiatives.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans that align with our company's strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Security and Safety: Must be bondable.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Must have attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Must be accurate, client-focused, have good judgement, be reliable, and a team player.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
