Job Title: Account Coordinator, Ads

Location: Remote

Compensation: $25.00-$35.00 CAD/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Account Coordinator, Ads to join our growing Ads team at Tailored Management. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to our Sales Partner(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Campaign Performance: Partner with clients to ensure flawless execution and excellent client service.
  • Work with Ad Operations: Collaborate with Ad Operations for flawless order implementation and technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide Campaign Performance Reports: Deliver necessary campaign performance reports to clients.
  • Escalate Campaign Issues: Navigate campaign escalations and contribute to long-term solutions to prevent similar issues in the future.
  • Partner with Sales Partners: Work closely with aligned Agency Sales Partners to understand client goals and objectives.
  • Build Media Plans: Create media plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams on the production of custom creative Assets.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Ad Products: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities, and ad policies.
  • Contribute to Billing and Invoicing: Assist with monthly billing and invoicing process with clients and finance.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish strong working relationships with client and agency partners.

We're Looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience: In Account Management, coordination, and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising.
  • Experience with Sales Operations Systems: Familiarity with CRM, OMS, Ad Servers.
  • Digital Media Sales Knowledge: Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification Vendors: Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors like Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
