Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Pinnacle International Hotels & Resort Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, providing excellent communication with guests.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
This role is based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, requiring the ability to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
