Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Pinnacle International Hotels & Resort Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local points of interest.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal hotel operations.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the front desk team.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a prompt and friendly manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized support to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in English language.
