We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Pinnacle International Hotels & Resort Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local points of interest.
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal hotel operations.
- Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the front desk team.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized support to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in English language.
