Role Responsibilities

As a key member of our Service Advisor Team, you will serve as the primary liaison for our service clientele. Your role will involve embodying the essence of the automotive brand, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our service customers by warmly welcoming them, promoting service options, and providing insightful recommendations and estimates for vehicle diagnostics.

Required Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a commitment to achieving 100% customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage open repair orders and keep customers informed throughout the service process
  • Proficient follow-up capabilities
  • Effective presentation skills to clearly articulate the features and benefits of recommended services and necessary repairs
  • A collaborative team player with a positive outlook
  • Familiarity with operating systems and warranty processes is advantageous (training available)
Qualifications:
  • Preferred minimum of one (1) year in sales or customer service
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this position
  • Availability to work two evenings and alternate Saturdays
