Responsibilities:
  • Estimate food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes, menus, and cooking techniques to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary team members.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events, banquets, and weddings.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams and driving culinary innovation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
