Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jay Badri Vishal Hospitality Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions and events
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in leading kitchen teams and improving culinary operations
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
