About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Autovilla Car Sales Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Office Operations
    • Direct and control daily office activities
    • Plan and organize office procedures and routines
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
    • Direct staff and provide guidance and training
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Manage Office Supplies and Inventory
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform Administrative Tasks
    • Perform data entry
    • Provide customer service
    • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Support Sales Team
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months
