Adecco Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Production Clerk to join our team in Campbellford, ON. As a Production Clerk, you will play a vital role in our operations by performing administrative tasks, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring production processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate production batch, stabilization, and order sheets
  • Maintain a production filing system
  • Perform daily data entry in production data models
  • Schedule and record tank inventory counts
  • Edit and create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Update inventory into WMS system
  • Manage people schedules and holiday calendar
  • Maintain Open Order reports
  • Enter sustainable tracking data for Organic and Rainforest Alliance
  • Assist with yearly inventory preparation and follow-up
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards
  • Follow OSHA Lockout/Tagout requirements
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA HACCP guidelines, and Allergen Management practices
  • Maintain workplace uniform and safety gear requirements
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and code of conduct
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • Minimum three (3) years of manufacturing or office administration experience
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
  • Basic technology skills for data recording
  • Comfortable working independently or in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues as needed
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
