Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal use and minimize waste.
- Ensure that all food and beverage products meet our quality and safety standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Our fast-paced food service environment requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a coffee shop, fast food outlet, or restaurant setting, and will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a noisy environment with odours present.
