Food Service Manager

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work in a noisy and odorous environment, with frequent exposure to hot equipment and sharp objects.
