The Training Coordinator works with the training team in assisting in the creation of internal training, booking/tracking training courses, and facilitating the HSE Orientation. The coordinator will engage with leaders to identify key skills gaps and division needs to in order develop leaning modules (eLearning, instructor led, and on-the-job training).

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate HSE Orientations
- Train new employees in HCSS, Sitedocs, & e-ticketing.
- Book training courses & track hours for staff.
- Upload certificates and training records to the company LMS.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Assist in the design and development of training programs.
- Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
- Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.
- Training needs assessment and identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees.
- Stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- LMS Management.
- Knowledge base in adult learning theory, curriculum, instructional design, and eLearning.
- Knowledge of BambooHR, the company’s HRIS system.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 an asset.

**Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong communicator both verbal and written.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and workload.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, and organize work.

**Qualifications**:

- Administrative experience.
- Experience with large data sets and complex workbooks.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in construction or related fields is an asset.
