About the Role

Brandt is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Northern Alberta, based in our Nisku location. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Territory Managers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve annual sales goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Educate and direct Territory Managers to ensure all initiatives are promoted within the region.
  • Financial Management: Manage key financial metrics such as sales revenue, margin growth, and profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Manage new, used, and rental inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for Territory Managers and monitor progress on a monthly basis.
  • Sales Meetings: Conduct regular sales meetings with Territory Managers to discuss sales strategies and performance.
  • Regional Analysis: Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region to ensure maximum sales potential.
  • Account Management: Engage directly with larger accounts in the region to promote full product support offerings.
  • Industry Insights: Provide feedback to the Division VP/Branch Manager on regional industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in sales management, with a strong understanding of the heavy haul trailer industry.
