Supervisor for Coffee Shop

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supervisor to join our team at the coffee shop located in the McMaster era. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of baristas to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory and scheduling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
