About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Coffee Marie Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Staff Supervision and Training

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from us.

Financial Management

Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service operations are financially sustainable.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a high level of customer service at all times.

Record Keeping

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our food service operations.

Reporting

Prepare and submit reports, providing management with the information they need to make informed decisions.

Requirements
  • Experience

Experience in a food service supervisory role is an asset.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

A 30-44 hour work week is standard for this role.
