We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Hebster Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
