Office Administrator

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team at our Milton location.
This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to centre staff and teachers
- Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers
- Liaise with members of the community, including schools, sports teams, and local businesses
- Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss their child's progress
- Contribute to the sales and marketing efforts of the centre
- Ensure that the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre
- Create a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis
- Minimum university degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business
- Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset
- Additional language(s) spoken is an asset, with fluent French being recommended
- Experience working in an educational environment, preferably with medium to large student bodies
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and online communication apps
- Strong phone skills and experience in customer service, with sales experience being a plus
