Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate resource allocation across the portfolio to meet financial objectives.
  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing financial performance across the portfolio.
  • Construct and refine financial models for various departments and projects.
  • Examine financial data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect pertinent information for financial assessments.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analyst capacity.
  • Professional certification from a recognized accounting or financial body (CPA or CFA) is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving SaaS environment.
  • Experience in establishing planning frameworks from inception, incorporating detailed KPIs and financial outputs.
  • Proven track record of fostering accountability among leaders.
  • Demonstrated ownership and capability to drive business change and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate financial objectives into clear operational goals for business leaders.
  • Proficient in creating and managing intricate financial models in Excel, utilizing additional business intelligence tools as necessary.
