Job Title: Transportation Fleet Manager

ETLAS FREIGHT is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our transportation fleet. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods from our warehouses to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of our transportation fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles and goods.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with our logistics team to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Supervise and train a team of transportation coordinators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in transportation management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing transportation operations and improving efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
