We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Live-in Resident Manager to join our team at 107 Bay Bulls Rd in St. John's, NL. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, maintenance, and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, minor repair/maintenance, and showing units when necessary;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of onsite tradespeople, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard;
  • Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing the rules and regulations of the property;
  • Host resident events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents;
  • Share on-call responsibilities with other team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service;
  • Strong communication and time management skills;
  • Previous experience in the Property Management industry;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
