Live-In Resident Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Live-In Resident Manager to join our team at 40 Mount Pleasant Manor in St. John's, NL. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and cleanliness of the property, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Provide first-line problem-solving and conflict resolution to residents and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of on-site tradespeople and contractors.
- Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing property rules and regulations.
- Host resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
