We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Live-in Resident Manager to join our team at 20 & 40 Technology Drive in Saint John, NB. This is a live-in position with 119 units in total, working Monday-Friday with some weekend coverage on occasion. Duties are shared with two Assistant Resident Managers who also live on site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning and showing units when necessary.
• Provide first-line problem-solving to manage tenant issues and build strong relationships.
• Arrange, coordinate, and supervise on-site tradespeople.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing the rules and regulations of the property.
• Perform snow removal and salting duties during winter months.
• Host resident events and activities.
• Share on-call responsibilities with other team members.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service.
• Previous experience in the Property Management industry.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
