Program Coordinator, Nursing Support Services Assessment Coordination

We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate program components, and ensure successful implementation of various projects at BC Children's Hospital in Vancouver, BC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to track program progress and address any deviations
- Monitor and coordinate payment of program invoices and expenses
- Plan, initiate, and evaluate new programs and projects in collaboration with the Program Manager and stakeholders
- Implement communication plans and activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Produce content for various publications, digital channels, and program reports
- Organize special events and deliver assigned projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health care administration, or related field
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based programs
- Experience with design programs preferred
