Position Overview

As a vital member of our culinary team at THE WORKS CRAFTED BURGER AND BEER, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your expertise in food preparation and kitchen management will contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess food portion sizes and associated costs.
  • Design menus and calculate necessary food quantities for execution.
  • Request and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Ensure dishes are safe for customers with dietary restrictions.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory and maintain records of food and supplies.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assist with their development.
  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and work areas.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations.
Work Environment
