Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Specialize in preparing meals tailored to dietary needs as directed by nutritionists or chefs.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee kitchen staff and assist in their training and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of food supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
  • Coordinate and manage buffet and banquet setups.
  • Supervise overall kitchen operations.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising general cooking staff.

Security and Safety

Completion of a criminal record check is required.
