- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standards.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
