About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Supervisor to join our team at Image Dental Laboratory. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our office and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and examine and verify the accuracy of work.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 customer service clerks, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Identify workers' training needs, train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, arrange for refunds and credits, and answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in office management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
