Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, payroll records, and other administrative documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, including providing updates on office procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
