Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a committed individual to become part of our team in Brampton, ON. At Charger Logistics, we prioritize the development and well-being of our employees, fostering a culture that promotes innovation and individual contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively align available freight loads with appropriate carrier selections.
  • Develop and oversee freight loads within the Company's Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Coordinate transportation for Full Truckload (FTL) shipments, managing both pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance brokerage coverage.
  • Supervise daily shipment operations and address any challenges to guarantee timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or third-party logistics (3PL).
  • Understanding of FTL shipments and land transportation services.
  • Familiarity with North American geography and transportation regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
