We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Manager to join our team at WCG International Consultants Ltd. in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our Contract Management team, you will be responsible for setting and monitoring performance goals, leading and coordinating work, and driving performance through performance improvement measures.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director Operations and other stakeholders to establish performance goals and metrics for the Contract Management team, aligned with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Develop and implement performance tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and reports to monitor team performance and progress towards goals on a regular basis.
- Identify and address priority areas for performance and continuous quality improvement to be addressed as part of a Service Provider Improvement Plan.
- Develop a Service Provider management strategy for the catchment, in consultation with the Director, Operations and Senior Contract Manager.
- Lead and coordinate the work of the Contract Management team, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the timely and effective execution of contract management processes and activities.
- Ensure the management of a network of Service Providers, through the Contract management Team, ensuring they provide the highest level of service for Participants, and meet and exceed the contractual minimum expectations for performance and service standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Service providers and other operational colleagues and appropriate external stakeholders to ensure that WCG's Service providers perform at the highest level across the contracts they deliver.
- Develop and maintain an effective relationship with the Director, Operations to ensure that strategies to drive performance improvement and manage underperformance, align with catchment priorities and requirements to meet the needs of the funder and wider social impacts.
- A post-secondary degree, or diploma in business or related discipline.
- Minimum five years of recent Contract Management experience.
- Advanced understanding of and experience managing government funded or public sector contracts.
- Experience working in a legal, regulatory or procurement environment.
- Advanced negotiation skills and ability to develop strong partnerships.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and empower team members to achieve excellence.
- Advanced qualitative and analytical skills.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder relations skills.
- Excellent organization, administrative and time management skills; ability to prioritize duties.
- Highly motivated; works well in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to work in different locations and travel as required.
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
