The RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Manager, Infrastructure and DevOps to lead our mission-critical team. As a key member of our infrastructure department, you'll be responsible for guiding our cloud-based infrastructure strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities- Coaching and developing a high-performing team of engineers to drive collaborative practices and a communicative approach to work.
- Motivating teams through sharing exciting milestones, setting ambitious expectations, and celebrating wins.
- Iterating and evolving our processes, best practices, and how we work to ensure fast delivery, quality, stability, efficiency, and personal growth.
- 10+ years of experience in hands-on technology roles, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and IT systems.
- 1+ years of experience in team leadership or management, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in large-scale distributed systems, security, compliance, auditing, reporting, and testing.
- Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
- Demonstrable love of in-person activities, group-based work, and effective communication.
