We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Physiotherapy department at Northern Health Authority. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and interventions to support patients' occupational performance
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy habits and lifestyle changes
- Graduate of an approved program in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
- Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
- Comprehensive benefit packages including MSP, extended health/dental, and a municipal pension plan
- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
