Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Milestones Grill and Bar. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 hours per week.
