Hawk's Stucco Construction LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Prepare reports
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
