Job Overview

Wright Construction Western Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction sites and supervise a team of workers
• Coordinate workflow, resources, and personnel to meet project objectives
• Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Monitor and control site expenses, budget, and resources
• Develop and implement site-specific procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Ensure all work is completed at the physical location, with no option to work remotely
• Manage site work site environment, work setting, budgetary responsibility, responsibilities, tasks, supervision, credentials, certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses, experience, and specialization, computer and technology knowledge, equipment and machinery experience, construction specialization, additional information, transportation/travel information, work conditions, and physical capabilities, own tools/equipment, personal suitability, benefits, health benefits, and financial benefits
