Job Title: Site Superintendent, Construction

Wright Construction Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
