The ideal candidate for this position will possess senior-level expertise in various areas, including data encryption, mainframe systems, and IT security protocols. They will have a deep understanding of complex systems and be able to analyze and evaluate new technologies and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach junior business analysts in IT project management and development.
  • Act as a liaison between IT development teams and business units to implement new systems and enhance existing ones.
  • Evaluate new applications and identify system requirements.
  • Assess new IT developments and recommend suitable systems alternatives and enhancements.
  • Develop and present communications on system enhancements and alternatives.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in multiple business areas and project types, with the ability to incorporate interdepartmental dependencies and impact into project planning.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide junior business analysts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with IT development teams and business units.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and evaluate new technologies and business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and recommend suitable systems alternatives and enhancements.
