Job Summary

As a Business Systems Analyst - SAFe Expert, you will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional agile teams, defining requirements, and prioritizing features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to define requirements and prioritize features
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAFe practices
  • Guide teams in adhering to SAFe methodologies
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews

Requirements

  • Strong background in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven track record in a similar role
  • Relevant certification in SAFe

Benefits

  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks
  • Location: Onsite in a professional setting
