Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. This role is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and support the Store Management Team by sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
  • Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to Company Standards.
  • Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the store, including climbing ladders and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Provide excellent Guest Services, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours.

Important Note:

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
