About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet sales targets and business objectives by building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, opticians, and support staff.
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, ensuring that all displays and stock are presented in an attractive and secure manner.
  • Support a culture of inclusivity by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, as well as basic math skills and telephone skills.
  • Ability to adopt new technologies and change with a high level of precision.
  • Strong sales skills, with a desire to meet sales targets and achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Personal motivation and proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
