About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at PVH Canada Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on promotions and events.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current and upcoming products, promotions, and events.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to ensure a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Perform cash handling and other operational tasks as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and store operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a senior sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on promotions and events.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
