Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Divisional Director of Human Resources, General Manager, and other key leaders to identify, develop, and execute human resources strategies, programs, and processes.
- Coach and develop HR professionals who serve as the primary point of contact with employees, leaders, shared services, and external contacts on all human resources matters.
- Oversee the rollout of critical HR programs, including attraction and retention, workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Anticipate business needs and provide Human Resources leadership, solutions, and coaching, contributing to a positive culture that fosters accountability and teamwork.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline. CPHR Designation is an asset.
- Experience in a progressive human resources management role.
- A proven track record in leading highly engaged teams with some experience working with non-salaried employees.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan, manage, execute, and lead at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
