Job Summary

We are seeking a Keyholder to join our team at Emerald Hills. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring visual standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
  • Perform register functions and use sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
  • Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met
  • Responsible for store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 2 years of sales or customer service experience, who can multitask in a fast-paced environment and create an amazing customer experience. Ability to work evenings and weekends is required.
