About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EDO Japan Emerald Hills. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Quality Control
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
    • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
