Job Summary

Freshii Emerald Hills is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Food Service Operations
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

Freshii Emerald Hills is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment.
