Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Daniels Health. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Services: Work with operations to schedule client appointments, coordinate changes and exceptions, and provide notifications as required.
  • Waste Management: Document and maintain waste receipt and shipment records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow applicable provincial regulations and guidelines for waste transportation, receiving, and management.
  • Document Control: Ensure all internal and regulated documents are completed correctly and organized, including lab analytical reports, work orders, and driver logs.
  • Financial Management: Prepare work orders and complete billings following job execution and material acceptance, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer Service: Respond to general customer inquiries and direct to other appropriate parties.
  • CRM Management: Create and maintain customer accounts, waste classification, and pricing profiles within our proprietary CRM system.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare waste diversion and other reports for customers and management upon request.
  • General Administration: Perform general office administration tasks, including electronic and paper-based storage and filing.
  • Procurement and Purchasing: Assist with procurement and purchasing as required.
  • Performance Metrics: Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
  • Warehouse Management: Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance performance.
  • Compliance and Quality: Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
