Job Summary

Fountain Tire is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers on all aspects of mechanical and tire repair and service
  • Share product knowledge and technical expertise to build existing and new business
  • Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed
  • Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical service
  • Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
  • Ensure accurate billing of products to customers
  • Complete proactive calls to customers to determine satisfaction level with service received

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of commercial heavy duty mechanical and tire service
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor
  • Strong time management skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining a valid driver's license is a condition of employment
  • Availability to work occasional Saturdays as necessary
