Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Director to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading by example, and creating an inspirational work environment that reflects the integrity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Continuously identify opportunities to achieve both personal and store goals, and utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives.
  • Lead by Example: Coach, develop, mentor, and inspire the team to enhance store performance, and create an EMOTIONAL CONNECTION within the store team that translates into sales.
  • Network and Recruit: Network, recruit, hire to staffing needs, and train using the onboarding tools provided as part of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand, and build the Sunglass Hut brand by consistently executing the brand standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures, and maintain brand standards.
  • Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in every aspect of store operations, and use critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store.
